摘　　要：随着高等教育大众化和高校毕业生就业体制改革的不断深化,职业指导应需而生。然而,由于当前在我国高校中,主要以就业指导执行职业指导的功能,因而还存在诸多问题。要促进大学生科学合理就业,必须充分发挥职业指导的作用,将人本服务的理念贯穿始终。With the popularization and further revolution of employment system of higher education, guidance of career comes into being. However, employment guidance is mainly undertaking the role of career guidance, but there still exist some problems in colleges. Only by taking the full advantage of career guidance with humanity idea can rational graduate employment be promoted.
