摘　　要：应用模糊综合评价方法于设备维护外包服务商绩效评估,指出外包服务商绩效评估应以外包合同为基准,并据此提出了二级度量指标体系,构建了基础指标关于评判等级的隶属函数,提出了基于模糊评价的绩效评价方法。最后通过一个算例,说明了该方法的应用。A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used in equipment maintenance outsourcing service provider＇s performance measurement based on the outsourcing contracts.The measurement indexes are provided and subordination functions about the evaluation of basic indicators are developed and finally,an applied case is given.
