摘　　要：依据高校大型仪器运行现状，结合工作实际，以提高仪器设备的利用率为目标，从实验技术人员管理、大型仪器运行机制、资源共享等方面阐述了科学管理高校大型仪器的途径和措施。Based on the working practice, improved the utilization ratio of large-scale instrument as main contents, this article put forward several measures on management, such as improving instrument staffs management, establishing large-scale instrument＇s mechanism, and sharing resources.
