摘 要:目的观察慢性情绪应激对大鼠卵巢功能的影响。方法以不确定性空瓶饮水刺激作为情绪应激源,考察20d的慢性情绪应激对雌性大鼠行为、脾脏指数、动情周期和血中FSH、LH、E2和P含量的影响。结果慢性情绪应激明显诱发雌性大鼠的攻击行为,增加脾脏指数,差异非常显著(P<0.01)。慢性情绪应激延长雌性大鼠的动情周期,差异非常显著(P<0.01),但对卵巢指数没有显著影响(P>0.05)。慢性情绪应激减少雌性大鼠血中E2含量,差异非常显著(P<0.01),而对血中P含量没有显著影响(P>0.05);同时慢性情绪应激后大鼠血中FSH和LH含量下降,差异非常显著(P<0.01)。结论慢性情绪应激影响大鼠卵巢分泌功能,该模型可用于情绪应激对生殖内分泌影响的研究。Objective To observe the effect of chronic emotional stress on ovarian function in rats. Methods The uncertain empty bottle stress was used as a source of emotional stress, and 20 day stress was carried out in 20 female SD rats aged 3 months. Another 20 rats were used as controls. The behavior changes and estrous cycle were observed. The serum levels of FSH, LH, E2 and P were determined. Results The chronic emotional stress could increase attacking behavior and splenic index significantly (P 〈 0. 01 ), and pro- long the estrous cycle significantly (P 〈0. 01 ), but had no influence on ovarian index (P 〉0. 05). It could decrease serum FSH, LH and E2 levels significantly ( P 〈 0. 01 ) , but had no effect on P levels ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion The chronic emotional stress can influence the ovarian endocrine secretion in rats. This model may be used to study the influence of chronic emotional stress on generative endocrine secretion.
