摘　　要：通过对广州电大金融分校毕业生广泛调查的基础上,力图对毕业生质量进行准确、客观的评价,全面了解和掌握社会对人才培养的意见和要求并通过深入的比较、分析,探讨学校人才培养过程中的不足和改进措施。The paper is based on the extensive investigation of the graduates from Finance branch of Guangzhou Radio & TV University.The paper tries to make an accurate and objective evaluation of their quality,to study comprehensively the society's requirments for the talents,and by comparison and analysis,to find out the shortcomings and problems facing the TVU in the course of talents cultivation.
