摘 要:为了有效解决潘一选煤厂浓缩底流煤泥水中细粒含量多、压滤处理困难的问题,从絮凝机理出发,采用硝酸铈铵为引发剂,通过接枝共聚反应,在淀粉骨架上引入丙烯酰胺制备的St-AM接枝物,能使煤泥水中的细泥颗粒形成较大的絮团而快速沉降,固液分离效果好。选用此接枝物用量50g/t干煤泥,辅以凝聚剂1.5kg/t干煤泥进行絮凝试验,压滤效果最佳,处理能力达75t/h,滤饼水分可控制在25%,滤液水浓度在60g/L左右,实现了清水洗煤,有效改善了压滤效果,提高了选煤效率。与非离子型PAM相比,具有价廉、无毒、絮凝效果好等特点,从环保和应用方面为细粒煤泥水的处理与利用提供了一条有效的途径。To effective resolving the characteristics of large quantity of fine coal in coal slurry and the difficulty in processing in Pansan plant, from focculating mechanism, using Ce4 + as initiator, St-AM was prepared by graft copolymerization and acrylamide onto starch, the FSM were experimented in flocculating test and be found to be able to cause fine coal coagulate and produce settlement, obtain the purpose of separation of solid from liquid.. When the ratio of the FSM flocculants to coal slurry without water is 50g/t and coagulating agents is 1.5kg/t, the effect of settlement is the best, productive power is 75t/h, moisture of filter cake is about 25%, concentration of clarified liquid is about 60g/L, thus realizing coal cleaning with clean water, improving the pressure filtration effect and increasing the efficiency of coal processing , contrasting with PAM , the St - AM have cheapness, nontoxic and flocculating well, providing a effective way for fine coal slurry processing.
