摘　　要：内皮素是一种具有强烈缩血管作用的活性肽,此文综述内皮素与肝肾综合征、门脉高压之间的关系及其作用特点。Endothelin is potent vasoconstrictor, there has been intense interest in the role of endothelin on vascular func tion in liver disease,The article will review the the role of endothelin in the pathogenesis of hepatorenal syndrome,portal hyper tension,and two receptor subtypes of endothelin will be introduced.
