肝细胞癌的癌前病变

摘　　要：及时找到肝癌前病变的客观指标,并采取合理的治疗措施,对于肝癌的防治具有重要意义。根据病理形态变化发现肝的大细胞变、小细胞变、异型增生结节、肝细胞变异灶是目前公认的几种肝癌前病变,其中以小细胞变最具特征性。If we can find the objective indexes of precancerous lesions of hepatocellular carcinoma（HCC）, then treat the patients in time, it will be very important to prevent and cure the liver cancer. Combining the morphologic changes in our clinical pathologic diagnosis, we find that hepatic large cell changes, small cell changes, dysplastic nodule and loci of altered hepatocytes are the recognizable precancerous lesions of the hepatocellular carcinoma, among which small cell changes is the most characteristic changes.
