延安时期高校的思想教育及其启示

摘　　要：延安时期,延安高等教育事业蓬勃发展。期间,孕育形成了既要学生成才,又要学生成人的高校思想教育目标;既有统一的标准,又有很强的针对性的高校思想教育要求;既重视内容的安排,又重视形式的选择的高校思想教育方法;既注重理论教育,又注重社会实践的高校思想教育途径,以及既重视言传,又重视身教的高校思想教育的原则等。这些教育思想与实践经验,不仅对培养学生具有高度的政治觉悟、高尚的道德品质、过硬的业务技术和艰苦朴素的工作作风影响深远,而且对我国社会主义高等教育事业的发展也有十分重要的启迪作用。Higher education of Yan＇an has seen a booming development during Yan＇an period. At that time, there had conceived and formed the university ideological educational objective for the students not only to become talents, but also to be fully developed. The requirements of university ideological education were not only unified but also of strong pertinence. The method of university ideological education emphasized not only the arrangement of the contents, but also the selection of forms. The ways of university ideological .education paid attention to not only theoretical education but also social practice. The principles of university ideological education attached importance to not only explanation in words but also the teaching by one＇s own example. All the educational thoughts and practical experience not only had profound influence in cultivating students to have strong political consciousness, gracious moral character, perfect mastery of operational technique and the work style of hard work and plain living, but also greatly enlightened the development of our socialistic higher educational cause.
