摘　　要：全自动汽车塑料燃油箱水冷定型机,是将汽车塑料燃油箱的模外冷却定型过程由程序自动控制代替手工操作。其控制系统是以PLC控制技术为中心、以触摸屏为人机操作界面,采用二者联合控制实现了专机的工作原理及控制要求。通过使用该专机,在有效缩短产品生产周期的同时、提高了产量。Automatic plastic gasoline tank water-cooling equipment is an special plant, which is used for cooling and solidification the plastic gasoline tank just taken from mold. By using PLC and touch-screen, the control system can be carried out. And the production cycle time is shorten, the production output is increase effectively.
