摘 要:研究了全电刹车系统的整体组成结构、控制方案和系统硬软件设计等问题;在详细分析飞机刹车系统的工作原理和交流伺服技术的基础上,采用稀土永磁无刷方波直流电动机作为驱动部件,飞机期望滑移率控制和电机转速、电流控制的三环控制方式;以先进的数字信号处理器(DSP)和复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)为核心,完成了数字式刹车控制器的硬件设计;该系统经过原理性实验,证明系统工作协调、稳定、可靠,实现了全电刹车系统的基本控制功能。The whole structure, control strategy, hardware and software design of the electric anti-skid braking system are studied. On the basis of analyzing the work theory of braking system and the AC Servocontrol technologies, permanent magnet brush-less motor is used as the electric drive component, the aircraft slippage ratio adjustor and permanent magnet brush-less motor (PMBLM) , speed/ current adjuster are made to construct a tri-loop control system. The advanced digital signal processor (DSP) and complicated programmable logic device (CPLD) are applied to configure the digital controller of the braking system. The permanent magnet brush-less motor is driven effectively by selecting the bootstrap components properly and dealing with the parasitics correctly. The system designed works stably and reliably during the experiment, and the elementary function is realized.
