摘 要:应用APBI程序,建立计算模型,采用弹性层状体系理论,对重载下刚性基层(CRCP)沥青路面的力学响应进行了分析,探讨了重载作用下刚性基层沥青路面的应力分布及其影响因素。研究结果表明:路表位于车轮外侧有数点受到垂直于行车方向的拉应力,路表最大剪应力的位置出现在轮胎边缘附近,在拉应力和剪应力的共同作用下行车带轮迹边缘附近容易出现平行于行车带自上而下的裂缝;刚性基层路面拉应力主要由刚性基层承受,随着结构层所受荷载的增加,层底拉应力显著增大;高温下车辆制动时产生的水平力对剪应力的影响很大,当紧急制动时路面最大剪应力比不考虑水平力时增大接近150%,易产生剪切破坏。A calculating model is established by the software APBI and the mechanical response, of rigid base. (CRCP) asphalt pavement under heavy load is analyzed with the elastic multilayer theory.The stress distribution and the influencing factor of rigid base asphalt pavement under heavy load are studied. The results show that tension stress perpendicular to traveled direction is found in both outsides of each car wheel, and maximum shearing stress appeared in the tire edge nearby. The combined action of the tension stress and shearing stress easily lead to produce the crack from top to bottom in the eireumference of the wheel path.The rigid base. mainly undertakes the tension stress of rigid hase asphalt pavement, the bottom tension stress enhances as the load increases. Under high temperature, horizontal force, which is caused by vehicle brake, has a big effect on shearing stress. Under the circumstance of hard braking, maximum shearing stress increases to about 150% than taking no account of horizontal force, which easily causes the shear failure of pavement.
