摘  要:目的:探讨蛋白C(PC)、蛋白S(PS)与脑血管病(CVD)的关系。方法:检测94例缺血性脑血管病(ICVD)患者和26例脑出血(CH)患者的血浆蛋白C:抗原(PC:Ag)、总蛋白S(TPS)和游离蛋白S(FPS)。结果:ICVD患者PC: Ag(17%)、TPS(26.6%)、FPS(23.4%)异常降低者多于对照组(2%)(P<0.01)。CH患者PC:Ag(19.2%)异常降低者多于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:17%~26.6%ICVD患者存在PC、PS缺陷;19.2%CH患者存在PC缺陷,多数为继发性缺陷,发现这些患者并区别其为原发性或继发性对明确CVD的病因、治疗和预防有重要意义。Objective: To study the relation among protein C (PC) , protein S (PS) and cerebrovascular disease (CVD) . Method: Protein C:Antigen (PC: Ag) , total protein S (TPS) and free protein S (FPS) were measured in 94 patients with isehemic eerebrovascular disease (ICVD) and 26 patients with cerebral hemorrhage(CH). Results: A decreased level of PC:Ag, TPS and FPS was found in patients with ICVD, and a decreased level of PC:Ag was found in patients with CH. The difference in the incidence of the decreased PC:Ag (17%) ,TPS (26.6%) and FPS (23.4%) between ICVD patients and controls (2 %) was significant (P〈0.01). The difference in the incidenceofthedecreased PC: Ag between CH patients (19. 2%) and controls (2%) was significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The deficiency of PC and PS were found in both ICVD patients (17 %-26.6 %) and CH patients(19.2 %), most of them were secondary. A significant amount of patients with CVD had possible secondary PC and PS deficiency. It is important to detect these patients and determine whether the deficiency is primary or secondary for cause finding, treatment and prevention for patients with CVD.
