摘  要:研究了不同光照度条件下铜绿微囊藻在源水中的增殖趋势.结果表明,以灭活源水为培养基,培养周期13d,在23℃时,当光照度≤500lx,铜绿微囊藻生长受到明显的抑制,其比增值速率(μ)为负数,呈衰亡趋势;在28℃时,当光照度≤200lx,最大藻现存量较4300lx时削减70%以上.以未灭活源水为培养基,23℃时,发现铜绿微囊藻逐渐消亡,这与微型浮游动物的大量出现有关.The growth trend ofMicrocystis aeruginosa in raw water was studied under various conditions of illumination. Using sterile raw water as culture medium at cultured period of 13d, 23℃, and when illumination ≤500 lx, the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa was inhibited obviously with the specific growth rate (μ) of negative number. At 28℃, if illuminatin ≤200 lx, the maximum algal existent amount was reduced above 70% compared with at 4300 lx. Using unsterile raw water as culture medium, at 23*C, the Microcystis aeruginosa disappeared gradually, this was related with occurrence of great amount of zooplankton.
