摘　　要：保安处分近来越来越得到学界的关注,研究保安处分制度对我国的刑罚改革具有重要的意义。对保安处分的内涵重新进行界定,进而揭示出其理论根基,在此基础之上,论证保安处分在我国的法律命运。Security measure is a problem in the practice of the reform of punishments as well as one of the theory of punishments, the research on which bears important significance to the reform of the punishments in China. This article raises a new definition of the scientific sense of security measure, points out the theoetical foundation thereof and thereupon proves the fate of security measure in law in China.
