基因bcl-2mRNA在结直肠癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：基因bcl－2是一种通过抑制细胞凋亡导致恶性肿瘤发生的癌基因。本文应用RT-PCR技术研究了基因bcl－2mRNA在结直肠癌和正常结直肠粘膜中的表达．目的是评估基因bcl－2在结直肠癌的形成中的作用及时临床工作的指导意义。本组分析研究了30例结直肠癌，结果显示基因bcl－2可能在结直肠癌的形成中起作用．并与组织学有联系，表达阳性者可能预后不佳。但与临床病理分期、癌细胞分化程度、癌肿生长部位和大体形态类型无关。Bhe bcl - 2 gene is a oncogene that results in producing amalignant tumor by inhibiting apoptosis (programmed cell death ). We investigated by RT -PCR the gene bcl-2 mRNA expression in normal colorectal mucosa and colorectal carcinomas. The purpose of the investigation was two fold: to assess the possible role of bcl-2 in colorectal tumoyigenesis and to evaluate its clinical significance. the cases stdied included 30 colorectal carcinomas. The results suggest that bcl-2 oncogene may play a role in colorectal tumorigenesis and histology and prognosis of colorectal carcinomals.The bcl-2 gene is not correlated with relevant clinicpatho-logic parameters, including disesease state,grad 、site and growth type.
