摘  要:通过测量各发光二极管的正向伏安特性以及光谱特性,确定发光二极管的阈值电压和其禁带宽度所对应的电压。测量结果表明阈值电压与禁带宽度所对应电压不相等,对此作了理论分析。并通过测量高亮度和非高亮度发光二极管的发光强度角分布特性,确定两种发光二极管的半值角和视角。测量结果表明两种发光二极管的半值角皆小于20°,具有很好的指向性。The threshold voltage and the voltage correlated with the energy gap of LEDs were measured. The experimental results show that the threshold voltage is not equal to the voltage correlated with the energy gap and the experimental results were analyzed in theory. The angles of half intensity and viewing angles of the high- intensity LED and the non-high- intensity LED were measured. The experimental results show that the angles of half intensity of these LEDs are below 20°. The lights of these LEDs are focused on a translucent window in the front panel.
