摘　　要：实验室是现代化大学的心脏,一流的大学要有一流的实验室。一流的实验室不仅取决于设备,更取决于人。从该校“国内一流、国际知名高水平研究型大学”的建设目标出发,对实验技术队伍现状与存在的主要问题进行了全面分析,借鉴兄弟院校的成功经验,对加强实验技术队伍工作进行了探索,提出了实验技术队伍建设思路、目标及建设举措。就建设一支高水平实验技术队伍的问题进行了初步探讨。The laboratory is the core department in a modern university, so a topping university usually has topping laboratories. A topping laboratory depends on not only the advanced equipments but also the outstanding researchers. Based on the target to make NWPU as a high level research university, a topping university in our country and a famous university in the world, the circumstances and problems of our university＇s technical group were analyzed, ; referring to other university＇s good experiences, how to improve the management of research group was explored; the way, target and means of developing our university＇s technical group were expatiated; the problem how to build a high level research and technical group were discussed.
