摘　　要：利用CAE技术,通过计算机模拟对塑料注射成型过程中一些常见缺陷进行预测、分析,根据CAE分析结果提供的信息并结合以往的工程实践经验,对这些常见缺陷提出了一套行之有效的解决方案,在此基础上,给出了预防这些缺陷产生的模具设计准则和典型案例,大量的实践证明所提供的方法是切实可行的。The common defects occurred in the process of injection molding are predicted and analyzed through computer simulation using CAE technology. According to the CAE analyzing information and regarding the experience in engineering, a series of effective solutions to these defects are presented. In addition to these solutions, some mould designing guidelines and typical cases are offered to prevent the defects occurrence. Many practice cases show that they are feasible.
