摘　　要：军工企业的特殊性决定了其市场化改革不同于其他行业的企业。军工企业应根据自身特点，加快投资主体的改革，实现产权主体多元化，建立现代企业制度，积极开发军民两用技术，探索军转民和民转军之路，真正做到“寓军于民”，并在此基础上，健全和完善公司法人治理结构，才能进一步发展。The war industry enterprise＇s particularity decides differences of its market reform with other enterprises. The war industry enterprise should act according to its own characteristics, speed up the reform of the investment main body, realize multiplication of main body＇s property right, establish the modern enterprise system, actively develop the military and civilian dual purpose technology, explore the route of conversion between military technology and civilian technology,truly lodges the armed force in the public, and based on that, perfect the structure of corporate governance, then promote its development.
