血清叶酸、维生素B_(12)水平与阿尔茨海默病的相关性研究

摘　　要：为研究血清叶酸、维生素B12水平与阿尔茨海默病(AD)的关系,用化学发光法检测了77例AD患者和85名正常老年人的血清叶酸、VitB12的浓度。结果表明:AD组血清叶酸和VitB12浓度明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。AD组血清叶酸和VitB12浓度低于正常的例数明显多于对照组。结论:血清叶酸、维生素B12水平与AD有一定联系,但血清叶酸、VitB12水平与AD的严重程度无联系。To investigate the relationship between Alzheimer disease（AD） and the levels of serum folio acid and Vitamin B12 （VitB12）. The serum folic acid and VitB12 in 77 AD patients and 83 normal controls were measured by automated chemiluminescence system. The results showed the levels of serum folic acid and VitB12 in AD patients was significantly lower than that in the controls （P〈0.05）. The decrease of serum folie acid and VitB12 in AD was significantly higher than those in the controls. The low levels of serum folie acid and VitB12 were correlated with AD, but not related to the degree of dementia.
