摘 要:在20钢表面复合电镀Ni-Y2O3层后900℃×6 h扩散渗铝,得到了Y2O3改性的渗铝复合层。利用SEM对渗铝层的显微组织进行了分析,并对渗层氧化性能进行了试验研究。结果表明,在本试验条件下,经Y2O3改性的渗铝层表面更加均匀致密,渗层组织得到细化,同时,抗氧化性能明显提高,其氧化增重为纯铝渗层的2/5。The Y2O3-modified aluminized composite coating was prepared by electro-depositing Ni and Y2O3particles on the surface of 20 steel at first, and then aluminizing on that composite using pack cementation method at 900 % for 6 h. The microstructure of the aluminized layer was analyzed by SEM and the oxidation resistance of the coating was investigated through experiment also. The results show that the surface of Y2O3-modified aluminized coating is more homogeneous and denser than that of pure aluminized coating, and the microstructure of the modified coating becomes fine. Meanwhile, the high temperature oxidation resistance of the modified aluminized coating is improved markedly. Its oxidation incremental weight is only 2/5 of that of pure aluminized coating.
