儿童皮肌炎27例临床特点分析

摘　　要：目的探讨儿童皮肌炎的临床特点。方法对27例儿童皮肌炎的临床表现及实验室检查结果进行回顾性分析。结果本组JDM中,男女比例为1:1.7,首发症状以皮疹为主,儿童患者的面部水肿性紫红斑阳性率显著高于成人患者,发热、关节痛、心脏受累、吞咽困难的阳性率显著低于成人患者,未见间质性肺炎及恶性肿瘤。结论儿童皮肌炎以女性多见,皮肤损害为首发症状,系统损害轻,且不伴发恶性肿瘤,预后较好。Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of juvenile dermatomyositis（JDM）. Methods The clinical manifestations and laboratory test results of 27 cases of JDM hospitalized in Union Hospital were analyzed. Results The ratio of male to female was 1 ： 1.7, and cutaneous lesion was most common initial presentation. Compared with that of adult group, helitrope rash was significantly＇more common in children group. Fever, arthralgia, myocardial strain and dysphagia were significantly less frequent in children group than that of in adult group. There were no interstitial lung disease and malignant turner in children group. Conclusion Girls were more affected with JDM, and the prognosis was good in JDM because of mild systemic involvement and no malignant tumor.
