摘　　要：武术运动员、教练员、判断员等三个方面论述了在武术运动中,人格力量的具体表现与作用,论证了在武术运动中人格力量的重要性及人格三要素之间的关系。This essay discusses the importance of personality factor in martialarts and the relationships among the three major factors of personality factor by expounding the specific manifestation and functions of personality factor inmartial arts from the three aspects of athletes, coaches and referees.
