高压氧同步低频电刺激治疗偏瘫足下垂临床探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨高压氧(HBO)治疗偏瘫致足下垂时同步采用低频电(LFES)刺激患肢腓总神经疗效。方法24例偏瘫致足下垂HBO治疗同步LFES刺激腓总神经的患者为实验组,24例同期HBO常规治疗的偏瘫伴足下垂患者为对照组。以临床疗效足下垂恢复的时间及程度为判定指标。结果实验组比对照组非常显著的疗效。结论在HBO治疗偏瘫时同步LFES刺激腓总神经治疗足下垂具有较好的临床价值,但其有效机制有待进一步探讨。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of hyperbaric oxygen（HBO ）withlow- fequency electonic stimulation（ LFES）on common peronealnerve in hemiparalysis patients with pendency feet. Methods We retrospectively analysis 48 patients ,who included 24 patients only got HBO therapy and the other 24 patients with HBO and LEFS therapy. Results HBO ＋ LEFS gorup had shorter therapeutic duration and better therapeutic recovery degree as compared with HBO group. Conclusion that HBO ＋ LEFS has better therapeutic effect in hemiparalysis patients with pendency feet;the detailed mechanisims need to be determined in the furter study.
