摘  要:针对油污染地表水的特点,采用改进的固定化技术包埋微杆菌(Microbacterium sp.)修复受油污染地表水,在不同接种量、不同系列浓度下,对除油性能进行了测定。结果表明,固定化颗粒最适接种量为10%;在相同时间内固定化细菌对油的去除率高于游离菌,对油浓度为150mg·L-1地表水,48h游离菌对油的去除率达62.3%,固定化细菌对油的去除率达75.6%;固定化颗粒对pH值变化的耐受能力远远强于游离菌;固定化颗粒再生性能好,可以长期反复使用。通过扫描电子显微镜对固定化微杆菌的微观形态进行观察表明改进的固定化颗粒微观结构更适合微杆菌(Microbacterium sp.)生长,为固定化细菌修复油污染地表水提供了一定的理论依据。Based on the characteristics of surface water contaminated by oil, the growth curve of Microbacterium sp. that can degrade oil was studied, which provided the theoretical evidences for immobilization of bacterium. The modified immobilized Microbacterium sp. was used to bioremediate the oil-contaminated surface water. The oil removal ability was determined under various amounts of inoculation and different initial oil concentrations. The inoculation capacity suitable to immobilize cells was 10%. At initial concentration of 150 mg·L^-1, the immobilized Microbacterium sp. can remove 75.6% oil from the contaminated surface water in 48 hours, much higher than the removal rate 62.3% by free ones. Besides, the immobilized Microbacterium sp. had good regenerative ability and could be repeatedly used for long time. The immolibized Microbacterium sp. endured a wide range of pH of wastewater, demonstrating the high activity of the strain. The SEM analysis showed that the micro-structure of immobilized cells was fit for the growth ofMicrobacterium sp., providing theoretical basis for the application of immobilized microorganisms in remediation of surface water contaminated by oil. The immobilized technology had the advantages over the normal free micro-organisms method, and using microbial immobilized technology in the treatment of oil wastewater had a broad prospect.
