摘　　要：目的:研究基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在子宫内膜癌中的表达及其与肿瘤血管生成的关系。方法:对49例子宫内膜癌、26例子宫内膜不典型增生和30例正常子宫内膜进行免疫组化染色检测。结果:子宫内膜癌组MMP-2、VEGF的表达与正常内膜组比较差异均有显著性。子宫内膜癌组织中,MMP-2在不同病理分级的表达有显著性差异:在无肌层浸润组、≤1/2肌层浸润组和>1/2肌层浸润组的表达有显著性差异;在不同组织学类型及不同手术—病理分期(Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期)的表达均无统计学意义。VEGF在子宫内膜癌的病理分级、手术—病理分期、组织学类型及肌层浸润深度等的表达均无显著性差异。结论:MMP-2在肿瘤的浸润进展和血管生成方面有双重作用,它与VEGF协同表达,共同促进肿瘤的生长和浸润。Objective：To study the expression of MMP - 2 and VEGF in endometrial carcinoma and their relation to angiogenesis of the tumor. Methods：A total of 105 specimens including 49 cases of endometrial carcmorea, 26 cases of atypical hyperplasia and 30 cases of normal endometrium were investigated by S - P immuno- histochemical staining. Results： The positive rates of MMP- 2 and VEGFhas all increasing trend in normal endometrium. atypical hyperplasia and endometrial carcinoma. Compared with the expression of MMP - 2 and VEGF in normal endometrium, there was an significant difference in their expression m endometrial carcinoma （P〈 0.01 and P〈 0.05, respectively）. In the grope of endometrial carcinoma, the expression of MMP- 2 has a significant difference in Grade Ⅰ, Grade Ⅱ and Grade Ⅲ carcinoma cells （0.01 〈 P 〈 0.05） ; The expression of MMP-2 in different depth of myometrialinvasion has a significant difference （P 〈 0. 005）; MMP- 2 did not show significant difference in histologictypes and tumor＇s FIGO stage（stage Ⅰ and stage Ⅱ ）（P 〉0.05）. No cor- relation was found between the expression of VEOF and other clinicopathological factors in endometrial carcinoma （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion： The high expression of MMP- 2 and VEGF in endometrial carcinoma indicates that they play an important role in the endometrial carcinogenesis.
