维胃方对乙酸致大鼠胃溃疡的治疗作用及与血浆神经降压素相关性研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨维胃方对大鼠实验性胃溃疡(GU)的疗效及与血浆神经降压素(NT)的相关性。[方法]制备乙酸致大鼠GU模型,予维胃方低、中、高剂量及雷尼替丁治疗7 d后,观测胃液pH值、胃黏膜大体标本、溃疡面积、病理组织改变、血清促胃液素(Gas)及血浆NT水平。[结果]从胃黏膜大体标本、切片及溃疡面积观察,维胃方中剂量组疗效最佳,其pH值、Gas、NT水平接近正常组(P>0.05)。[结论]维胃方中剂量组疗效好,部分机制可能是通过NT对机体的整体性调节而发挥治疗GU作用。[Objective]To study the therapeutical effect of Weiweifang（WWF） on gastric ulcer induced by acetic acid and the changes of plasma neurotensin（NT） in rats[Methods]The gastric ulcer in rats was induced by acetic acid and treated with three different doses of WWF （low , middle , high ） and Ranitidine for 7 days respectively. The gastric fluid pH , gastric mucosa , ulcer size, gastric ulcer circa histopathologic changes＇ serum gastric acid secretion（Gas） and plasma NT concentration were detected [Results] The therapeutical effect of middle dose WWF group （WWFMDG） was the best on observing the gastric mucosa, slide and the ulcer size in the middle dose groups. Compared with normal group, the pH, Gas and NT concentration in WWFMDG had no significant difference （P）0. 05）. [Conclusion ]WWFMDG has a good therapeutic effect on gastric ulcer. The partial mechanism is related to the whole regulation role of plasma NT.
