人参皂苷Rg1抗肝纤维化的实验研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察三七总甙单体成分人参皂苷Rg1对实验性肝纤维化的作用。[方法]用50%CCl4致大鼠肝纤维化模型,共35 d,同时给予三七总皂甙单体成分人参皂苷Rg1治疗,于实验第2、5周(实验结束)时检测肝功能、血清Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)、透明质酸(HA)、层黏连蛋白(LN),于实验结束时分离肝组织光镜观察其病理变化。[结果]人参皂苷Rg1及三七总皂甙能改善肝纤维化大鼠的肝功能,降低血清PCⅢ、HA、LN水平;人参皂苷Rg1中、高剂量组及三七总皂甙明显减轻肝组织胶原的沉积,改善肝纤维化程度。[结论]人参皂苷Rg1及三七总皂甙具有抗肝纤维化作用,人参皂苷Rg1是三七总甙抗肝纤维化有效成分之一。[Objective]To investigate the effect of Panaxsaponin Rg1 on hepatic fibrosis in rats. [Methods]The rats models of hepatic fibrosis were induced by 50% CCh hyodermical injection. At the same time, the Panaxsaponin Rg1 of different doses and Panax Notoginsenosides were administrated by hypodermical injection. At the middle and the end of the treatment , the levels of precollagen Ⅲ（pC Ⅲ）, hyaluronic acid（HA） and laminin（LN）in the blood serum and the pathological change of hepatic tissue were detected. [Results] Panaxsaponin Rg1 and Panax Notoginsenosides, especially the Panaxsaponin Rg1 of middle and high doses, could protect hepatic function and degrade the levels of pC Ⅲ .HA.LN on the rats models, and improve the pathological change. [Conclusion ]Panaxsaponin Rg1 and Panax Notoginsenosides are effective on hepatic fibrosis. Panaxsaponin Rg1 is one of the effective ingredients of Panax Notoginsenosides which can be used in hepatic fibrosis.
