摘  要:研究了企业即时定制生产能力的概念和形成机制,根据即时定制生产能力形成机制的特点,提出了即时定制生产能力的循环改进理论模型,提出即时定制生产能力Ⅰ类循环和即时定制生产能力Ⅱ类循环的概念。分别建立了Ⅰ类循环和Ⅱ类循环周期的绩效评价指标体系。从理论上阐述了企业即时定制生产能力的形成机制和优化机制,并且给出了基于模糊评价的即时定制生产能力评价方法。通过算例分析,验证了所建立的即时定制生产能力评价模型的可行性。Firstly,the concept of enterprise' production capacity in Instant Customerization(IC) was developed. According to the features of the operating mechanism of enterprise's production capacity in IC , the cycle-promotion model of production capacity waw proposed,in which the production capacity was analyzed by the thought of two cycle--promotion processes termed by Ⅰ type cyclepromotion process and Ⅱ type cycle-promotion process respectively. Ⅰ type cycle-promotion process reflects enterprise' processing and assembly ability while Ⅱ type cycle-promotion reflects the ability of innovation of enterprise. Secondly, on the basis of the two cycle-promotion processes, the performance index in the: model were also set up and analyzed. After that, the developing mechanism and optimization mechanism about enterprises' production capacity in IC were analysed by using the model. Improved the performance index of the two cycle-promotion processes, enterprises' production capacity in IC can be developed continuously. Finally, a comprehensive appraisal model with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was set up,and an illustration was given.
