摘　　要：当前农民工代际转换现象反映出刘易斯二元经济发展模式的局限性。本文从知识经济与传统物质经济的区别入手,分析了不同经济时代城乡二元经济发展模式具有不同的特征,然后提出在知识经济条件下,农村就地知识化的发展模式是解决农民工代际转换问题的根本,进而深入分析了启动这一模式的三大要素。Peasant laborers are changing from generation to generation currently, which has reflected the limitation of Lewis Dual economic growth model. In fact the city -rural dual economic growing pattern has changed now days, because the era has changed from traditional matter - based economy to knowledge -based economy. Then this article comes to a conclusion： the country should intellectualize itself, which is the foundational way to solve this problem.
