透明圈法筛选柚苷酶高产菌株

摘　　要：在前人的研究基础之上,初步研究设计和实验了一种改良的柚苷酶平板透明圈筛选模型。在本实验室保藏的10株柚苷酶菌株中,3号黑曲霉产酶活最高,摇瓶产酶达251.93 U/mL,经平板分离纯化,得到3-54号菌株,摇瓶产酶达385.207 2 U/mL。A transparent circle model for efficient screening naringinase - producing strains was designed and tested. The results showed that in 10 perserved strains of our laboratory,a strain, designated Asp. 3, appeared the greatest enzyme yield, with a naringinase activity of 251.93 U/mL in liquid medium. By selecting Asp. 3, Asp. 3 - 54 was bred, which exhibited a naringinase - producing capability of 385.21 U/mL in liquid medium.
