摘  要:目的:探讨DNA倍性在骨巨细胞瘤预后评估中的作用。方法:30例骨巨细胞瘤石蜡包埋组织分别按照Jaffe分级、Ennecking分期、术后有无复发、有无转移等进行分组。通过流式细胞术检测标本组DNA的倍性,观察各组之间DNA倍性的差异。结果:标本组中14例为整倍体,16例为异倍体;DNA倍性与Ennecking分期和是否复发存在相关性,异倍体的比率随Ennecking分期的增高而增加(P<0.01),并在复发组高于无复发组(P<0.05);DNA倍性与Jaffe分级以及有无转移无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:DNA倍性与骨巨细胞瘤的生物学行为呈现出相关性,可以用来评估骨巨细胞瘤的临床预后。Objective:To study the function of DNA ploidy in prognosis for GCT. Methods :Thirty GCT paraffin samples were divided into groups according to the Jaffe's grading,Ennecking's stage,whether recurred and metastasize. We detected the DNA content through flow cytometric DNA analysis,then observe the difference of the groups. Results :Fourteen examples is DNA euploid(46.7% ) ,sixteen examples is heteroploid(53.3% ). DNA ploidy correlates with the Ennecking's stage and whether recured,the rate of heteroploid increases along with the advances of Ennecking's stage(P〈0. 01)and is higher in recured group than not(P〈0.05),but there is no discrepancy in Jaffe's grading and whither metastasize(P〈0.05). Conclusion:DNA ploidy correlates with the biology behavior of giant cell tumor of bone ,may be used for clinical prognosis.
