摘　　要：本文在综述国内外学者对企业战略风险类型及其成因研究成果的基础上,引入企业战略管理过程,剖析了战略分析阶段存在的"假设风险"、战略选择阶段存在的"治理风险"以及战略实施阶段存在的"错位风险"和"刚性风险",进而分析了这四种风险的成因,并提出了有针对性的企业战略风险管控策略。Based on summarizing the research on the types and causes of strategic risks, this paper analyzes corporation strategic risks from the strategic management process perspective, involving the premise risk in the strategy analysis phase, the governance risk in the strategy selection phase,the mismatch risk and the rigidity risk in the strategy implementation phase, then explores the causes of each of various risks. Furthermore, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for corporation strategic risk management.
