摘　　要：以轿车后盖内板为例,分析轿车内覆盖件拉深工艺设计的要点,并结合有限元模拟方法对后盖内板拉深成形进行评价和优化,实冲结果验证了设计的准确性。The key points of drawing process design of autobody cover panel inner have been expatiated. A rear cover inner has been referenced as an example to show how to design drawing process. FEM has also been used to forecast the forming process. Stamping try-out validates the method.
