摘  要:有机盐加重剂Weigh2、Weigh3水溶液的活度,决定着以其水溶液作为连续物的钻井液的抑制能力,活度测定意义重大。用电子湿度计测出Weigh2、Weigh3溶液相对湿度,得出Weigh2、Weigh3水溶液相对湿度与加量的关系式,再由仪器本身给定的活度与相对湿度的关系式,推导Weigh2、Weigh3水溶液活度与加量之间的关系式,并绘出Weigh2、Weigh3水溶液活度与加量的关系图版。其关系式和图版可用于现场定性控制钻井液活度以稳定井壁、室内钻井液用有机盐加重剂的定量设计以及钻井液成本优化。The activity of weigh2 and weigh3 water-soluble-organic-salt solution determines the inhibition of water-based drilling fluids. It is considerable that activity is measured. In laboratory, the relative humidity of weigh2 and weigh3 solutions can be measured by electric hygrometer and the relations between relative humidity and mass fraction are derived. The relations and figures between activity and mass fraction are based on the relation between activity and relative humidity, which have been given by electric hygrometer itself. They can be used to control borehole stability, design drilling formulation and optimize drilling fluids cost.
