P33^ING1b在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的探讨抑癌基因p33ING1b在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及其与突变型P53蛋白表达的相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学链霉卵白素-过氧化物酶复合物（SP）方法,检测64例膀胱移行细胞癌组织标本中P33^ING1b、突变型P53蛋白的表达,并与15例正常膀胱黏膜组织进行对照研究。结果64例膀胱移行细胞癌组织中,P33^ING1b蛋白的阳性表达率为64.06%,而正常膀胱黏膜组织中P33^ING1b蛋白阳性表达率为93.33%。P33^ING1b蛋白的表达与膀胱移行细胞癌的WHO肿瘤分级有相关性。根据Spearman相关分析表明P33^ING1b蛋白表达与P53蛋白表达正相关（P〈0.05）。结论P33^ING1b在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达下降,可能在膀胱移行细胞癌的发生、发展过程中起重要作用,p33ING1b与p53基因具有协同作用,同时检测P33^ING1b与P53的表达水平,将有助于膀胱移行细胞癌的诊断与治疗。Objective To study the expression of apoptosis related gene P33^ING1b and its relation with expression of P53 protein in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder. Methods Expression of P33^ING1b, mutant P53 was detected by SP immunostaning technique in 64 cases of transitional ceil carcinoma of bladder, and correlation between them was analyzed, and compared with that in 15 cases of normal bladder specimens. Results In 64 cases of transitional cell carcinoma of bladder, the positive rate of P33^ING1b protein was 64. 06% , but in 15 cases of normal bladder specimens. There was relationship between P33^ING1b protein expression and WHO tumor grades. Expresson of P33^ING1b was positively correlated with expression of P53 protein （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The expression of P33^ING1b decreased in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder, may play an important role in the occurrence and development of the carcinoma. To detect the expression of both P33^ING1b and P53 is important for diagnosis and therapy of the transitional cell carcinoma of bladder.
