摘　　要：临床药学人才培养已成为国际药学教育的发展趋势,关系到大众的用药安全、健康水平和生活质量。由于多种因素,我国临床药学人才培养和就业还有不少问题,必须从完善政策法规、转变药学服务观念、改革培养模式等方面综合考虑解决。The cultivation of Clinical Pharmacy talents has become the development tendency in the international pharmaceutical education, and it relates to the medication safety, the health level and the quality of people＇ s life. Due to a variety of factors, there＇ re many problems in our cultivation and employment of Clinical Pharmacy talents. To solve these questions, we should improve policies and regulations, change the concept of pharmaceutical service, reform the cultivation mode and so on.
