摘  要:通过建立大负荷训练模式,研究魔芋甘露聚糖(KOS)对运动疲劳大鼠肠道微生态的影响.将SD大鼠随机分为:安静对照组、安静KOS组、大负荷训练组和大负荷训练+KOS组.采用选择性培养基对大鼠粪便肠杆菌、肠球菌、拟杆菌、双歧杆菌以及乳杆菌培养记录菌落数及菌株的鉴定,并观察肠粘膜的组织病理改变.研究发现:大负荷训练中大鼠肠道双歧杆菌的生长被抑制,肠杆菌和肠球菌的数量呈上升趋势,乳杆菌保持一定的稳定性;KOS使粪便中的双歧杆菌的数量明显增加(P<0.05),肠杆菌、肠球菌和拟杆菌数量的变化均无统计学意义(P>0.05);口服KOS训练组肠黏膜组织结构均较大负荷训练组有改善.表明:魔芋甘露聚糖可促进大鼠肠道益生菌主要是双歧杆菌的增殖,促进由于大负荷训练造成肠道微生态的失衡,并对条件致病菌具有一定的抑制作用.To investigate the effect of konjac- oligosaccharidos(KOS) on intestinal microecology of heavy training rats. 32 SD rats were divided into four groups at random, control, control plus KOS(C -+KOS), heavy training (HT), heavy training plus KOS application (HT+KOS) group. The maior species of the gut microbial community structure were analyzed via selective culture media. The palthological changes in the tissues of intestinal mucosal have also been observed. The results showed that the number of enterobacter and enterococcus have been in a trend of increase during the heavy training. KOS has brought about an obvious increase in the number of bifidobacterium in rats'manure (P〈0. 05). The tissue structure of intestinal mucosal of the rats in the KOS group have been improved compared with those of the HT group. The results suggested that. KOS may enhance the growth of bifidobacterium in the intestines of rats, correct the imbalance in the intestine's microecology of the rats caused by heavy training.
