摘　　要：知识结构和敬业精神是影响教练员素质的重要因素．文章采用问卷调查法,经数理统计和逻辑分析,结果表明,目前教练员的知识结构不合理,敬业精神还有待加强．需要补充完善的主要是心理学知识、技术战术理论、医务监督损伤治疗知识等．Knowledge structure and the spirit of loving one＇s post are the most important factors of a qualified coach. After a thorough study, the writer of this thesis concludes that at present, the knowledge structure of coaches is not reasonable, and their spirit of career loving should be strengthened. The writer also points out the fact that it is necessary for coaches to learn more psychological knowledge, theories of tactical training and the knowledge of medico-athletics.
