摘 要:目的介绍多重对应分析的基本思想,以及在工作满意度影响因素分析中的应用。方法利用spss11.0多重对应分析过程,对郑州市764名员工的工作满意度及影响因素绘图分析。结果工资收入较高、与顾主的合作年限较长、年龄较大的员工,工作满意度较高;反之,满意度则较低。性别和学历与工作满意度无密切联系。结论多重对应分析是简单对应分析的扩展,适用于分析3个或更多个分类变量间的关系,并可用2维几何图形来表达,具有简洁直观的效果。To introduce the principle of multiple correspondence analysis and its application in the study of factors influencing working-satisfaction. Methods Using multivariate homogeneity analysis in spssll.0, to map the working-satisfaction of 764 workers of Zhengzhou. Results The higher the workers earn, the longer they are with their employer and the elder they are, the better they are satisfied with their jobs. On the contrary, they are less satisfied. Gender and education level are no closely associated with working-satisfaction. Conclusion Multiple correspondence analyses may be considered to be an extension of simple correspondence analysis to more than two variables. It's two dimensional maps which place categories associated close together has simple and direct effect.
