摘　　要：国外大学评价体系给我们的重要启示是对创新的高度关注。建立创新为导向的新型大学评价体系,必须确立大学评价体系构建的基本价值取向和基本理念,并确立创新导向的新型大学评价体系构成的核心要素。The overseas univer, gity appraises the system to give our importantenlightenment is to the innovation high attention.
