摘　　要：提出一种零部件自动装配的方法,介绍自动装配中装配特征的表示和零件自动定位等的实现技术,给出了基于SolidWorks的自动装配的实现方法。首先建立零件的参数化零件库及相应的装配关系库,采用自外向里的装配方式,从基础元件开始逐层进行装配,最终得到模具的装配体,实现了模具设计的自动化。最后以一套落料模为例给出了自动装配的实现过程。An automatic assembly method of the component is presented. The representation of assembly feature and the automatic orientation method of the component are introduced. The realization method of automatic assembly based on SolidWorks is put forward. First, the parameterized part library and relation database for assembly are established, then parts of die form base part adopting from outer to inner assembly mode are assembled layer-by-layer and finally assembly of die is obtainecl. Automated design is realized. Lastly, an example is given to prove the method.
