摘　　要：以岳阳市为案例,通过借助网络技术,探讨并实际运行了城市环境信息在线监控网络系统的建设。该系统以Internet为基本载体,以污染源为对象的、以数据库为中心的网络系统基本模式,建立合适的系统结构和数据库,系统的关键在于数据库的组织与管理、应用界面的设计以及应用程序的开发与维护三个方面。通过建成后的试运行,结果表明该系统的运行良好,合乎设计要求,这一方案对我国各城市进行环境在线监控系统的构建具有借鉴作用。Based on Yueyang city as a case, the study used new technology. Environmental information monitoring system construction was analyzed in detail. Based on Internet, system structure and databases were constructed suitably. The basic system model focused on pollution resources and databases. Key elements of the system were database management, windows design and software development. By experiments, the system was reformed successfully. It was certificated that the structure design was suitable and the system was a better choice to other cities to construct environmental information online monitoring swtem.
