中国儿童Brown注意缺陷障碍量表与Conners家长量表的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨Brown注意缺陷障碍量表(BADDS)家长问卷与Conners家长评定量表(CPRS)在评价我国8～12岁儿童注意障碍和多动行为等问题时的相关性。方法对北京市西城区某小学146例8～12岁儿童分别进行BADDS家长问卷和CPRS的评定,运用Pearson相关系数进行相关性检验分析。结果BADDS家长问卷的综合1评分与综合2评分与CPRS多动指数具有较好的相关性(r=0.739,0.771Pa<0.001);BADDS各组与CPRS因子Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ和多动指数相关性较好(r=0.523～0.788Pa<0.001);与CPRS因子Ⅲ(心身障碍)和Ⅴ(焦虑)相关性较差(r=0.139～0.418)。结论BADDS家长问卷与CPRS在评价我国8～12岁儿童的注意障碍和多动冲动行为具有较好一致性。BADDS对中国儿童注意缺陷多动障碍的评估可能是适用的。Objective To analyze the correlation of Brown attention deficit disorder scale （BADDS） parent form and Conners parent ratting scale （CPRS） in Chinese children ages 8 - 12. Methods Both BADDS parent form and CPRS on 146 children ages 8 - 12 in an elemen- tary school in Xicheng district in Beijing were admmistered,and the results were compared with statistic methods. Results Total scores on the BADDS parent form were highly correlated with CPRS index scores（ r = 0. 739,0.771 Pa 〈 0. 001 ）. The clusters of BADDS correlated highly with the subscale Ⅰ , Ⅱ , Ⅳ of CPRS （ r = 0. 523 - 0. 788 Pa 〈 0. 001 ） ; While the relations between the clusters of BADDS and the subscale Ⅲ and Ⅴ of CPRS were not very close （r = 0.139 -0.418 ）. Conclusions BADDS parent form and CPRS are highly correlated. BADDS may be an appropriate new method for the diagnosing and assessment of children＇s behavior with ADHD in China.
