摘 要:目的比较近视者欠矫和全矫时在快速序列视觉呈现(rapid series visncll perenlation,RSVP)下阅读效率的差异,说明正确戴镜矫正近视可提高中英文阅读效率。方法66例(132眼)大学生志愿者接受测试,根据其屈光状态分为正视(19眼)、轻度近视(14眼)、中度近视(88眼)和高度近视(11眼),采用RSVP方法,分别在全矫和欠矫状态下阅读中文和英文,比较和分析近视者在欠矫和全矫时阅读效率的差异。结果轻度近视者(<-2D)欠矫和全矫的阅读效率差异无显著性(P中文=0.98>0.05;P英文=0.065>0.05);中度近视者差异有非常显著性(P中文=0.000<0.01;P英文=0.000<0.01);高度近视者(≥-6D)差异有显著性(P中文=0.019<0.05;P英文=0.001<0.01)。结论在中文或英文阅读状态下,近视者全矫时可提高阅读效率。Objective To compare the reading efficiency between corrected and uncorrected myopes under rapid serial visual presentation (RSVP). Methods Data was analyzed from 66 myopes selected from the university population from Feb. 2005 to Jan. 2006. The corrected and uncorrected myopes read Chinese and English articles silently un- der RSVP. For this research study, uncorrected myopia was defined as reading without spectacles and corrected myopia was defined as reading with spectacle correction. Reading speed was defined as the number of words that could be read in one minute and the comprehension rate was defined as the proportion of right answers to the total answers. Reading efficiency was defined as the error-corrected reading speed, and was calculated by multiplying the reading speed by the comprehension rate. Results (l)The Reading speed of corrected myopes was faster than that of the uncorrected myopes (PChinese=0.003〈0.01; PEnglish=0.000〈0.01). The comprehension rates for both were similar (PChinese=0.637〉0.05; PEnglish=0.902〉0.05). For reading efficiency, the corrected myopes had higher scores than uncorrected myopes (PChinese=0.01〈0.05; PEnglish=0.006〈 0.01). (2)There was no difference between corrected and uncorrected myopes for mild myopia (PChinese=0.98〉0.05; PEnglish=0.065〉0.05). There was significant difference between corrected and uncorrected myopes for moderate myopia (PChinese=0O.000〈0.01; PEnglish=0.000〈0.01). There was a great difference between corrected and uncorrected myopes for high myopia (PChinese=0.019〈0.05; PEnglish=0.001〈0.01). (3)When reading Chinese, there was no difference between corrected and uncorrected myopes for -1D to -3D of myopia (P1=0.98〉0.05; P3=0.158〉0.05). There was a great difference between corrected and uncorrected myopes for -2D, - 4D, -SD and -6D of myopia (P2=0.02〈0.05; P4=0.01〈0.05; P5=0.001〈 0.01; P6=0.019〈0.01).
