摘  要:以美国泛美公司的大红品种(梦幻3113)为材料,利用美国维生模式研究优质矮牵牛穴盘苗氮磷钾吸收规律.结果表明,优质穴盘苗生长发育在出苗30天到40天中干物质积累最多,为植株的最大营养需求期.在此时期,10天中氮磷吸收量与前20天吸收量接近,分别为0.49%,0.26%和0.35%,0.2%,钾吸收量为3.0%和2.16%.在此时期内,植株干物质积累最多,地上部干重在第30天和40天中间增量为11.0mg/株,而前20天增量为12.2mg/株.地下部干重则为4.9mg/株与0.9mg/株.通过对主要生理指标的叶绿素含量和根系活力及光合效率的测定表明,随着植株的发育生理活性显著增强.The laws of N-PK absorption were studied in petunia plug (Dreams 3113) with American SPEEDLING model. The result shows, the accumulations of dry matter is the most in the later thirty days of the plug and this is the most absorption of all tenn. In this term the N,P absorption is respectively 0.49% ,0.26% in the last 10 days and 0.35% ,0.2% in the first 20 days. Corresponding to this term, the accumulation of the dry weight is the most of all. The increments above the ground between the thirty days and the forty days are 11.0mg/ unit, but that of the twenty days is 12.2mg/unit. That of the root dry weight is 4.9mg/unit and 0.9mg/unit. Aeeording to the main physiological index, such as photosynthetic rate, chlorophyll and root vitality ete, the vitality becomes stronger with the plant growth than before.
