摘　　要：目的评估UISS分期的临床价值及免疫治疗对生存的影响。方法通过对109例肾细胞癌患者的生存情况进行回顾分析,比较不同TNM分期、癌细胞级别和体能状况患者的生存时间差异。按UISS分期,比较各期患者生存时间的差异。最后,在UISS各期患者患肾切除的情况下,比较是否进行免疫治疗有无生存时间的差异。结果除TNMⅠ和Ⅱ期,Ⅱ期和Ⅲ期生存时间的差异无统计学意义外,其他不同TNM分期、癌细胞级别和体能状况之间的生存时间差异均有统计学意义,不同UISS分期之间的生存时间差异均有统计学意义。在各UISS分期中,无论是否进行免疫治疗,生存时间的差异均无统计学意义。结论TNM分期、癌细胞级别和体能状况对肾细胞癌的预后有独立的影响;以此为基础的UISS分期更好的提示了肾细胞癌的预后;患肾切除后,是否进行免疫治疗对肾细胞癌的预后无明显影响。Objective To investigate the clinical value of UISS staging and the influence of immune treatment on survival after affected renal was removed. Methods The differences in time to survival between different TNM Stages, cell grades and performance status were studied over the review of survival status of 109 patients with renal cell carcinoma undergoing nephrectomy. Afterwards, the patients were divided according to the UISS staging. The differences in time to survival between various UISS stages were compared. At last, whether administrating immune drugs after nephrectomy had an effect on survival or not, had to be determined in the same UISS stage. Results There was a significant difference in time to survival between different TNM stages, cell grades and performance status, except between phaseⅠ and Ⅱ, or phase Ⅱ and Ⅲ. A significant difference in time to survival between different UISS Stages was found. No remarkable difference in survival time was proved between different treatment for the patients from the same UISS stage. Conclusion The TNM stage, cell grade and performance status may have a separate effect on the prognosis of RCC. The UISS staging based on TNM staging （1997）, cell grade and performance status may be a clinically useful tool for stratifying the survival of RCC. No proof indicates that immune treatment has an influence on the prognosis of RCC.
