摘　　要：湖南边销茶占全国边销茶总产量一半,由于近几年边销茶市场的无序竞争,产品质量差,对党的民族政策的贯彻落实和民族团结造成负面影响。为加强对边销茶的管理,本文提出从市场准入、修订边销茶标准、加大监管力度入手,确保边销茶的质量。Hunan border-sale tea accounts for half of the total output in China. In recent years,there existed disorder competition,bad quality products in the border-sale market, which brought about negative effect on the implementation of policy towards nationallities and national unity. In order to strengthen the management of border-sale tea, this paper put forward the measures to ensure the quality of border-sale tea from market permission, standard revision of border-sale tea,inspection and management strengthenment.
