摘 要:本研究于2003年春季在中国农业科学院茶叶科学研究所茶园中比较不同的快速氮素营养诊断方法在绿茶研究中的应用。该研究建立在6个不同施纯N水平(0,150,300,600,900,1600 kg/(hm2.a)、4个重复的完全随机区组设计的试验基础之上。不同部位叶片中SPAD值与叶绿素含量呈极显著的正相关,但与施氮量之间的相关性很差。基于标准添加技术的NO3-回收率表明:尽管硝酸电极对水溶液中NO3-的回收率高达97.2%,但回收稳定性很差;相反,虽然硝酸盐反射仪对水溶液中NO3-的回收率只有68%,但相当稳定。因此,SPAD、硝酸盐电极和硝酸盐反射仪三者比较的结果表明:硝酸盐反射仪是绿茶氮营养快速诊断研究中最适宜的方法。Comparison of methods for rapid N nutrient diagnosis in green tea plant was carried out in N field experiment in the tea garden of Tea Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences in the spring of 2003. N field experiment was a 6(4 factorial arranged in a completely randomized block design with 6 N levels (0, 150,300, 600,900, 1600 kg / ( hm^2·a) and four replications. With comparison of SPAD values and total chlorophyll content in leaves of different leaf positions, SPAD values showed a significant linear regression with chlorophyll content in tea leaves. But the correlation between SPAD value and N application rate was poor. The comparison of NO3^- recovery based on the standard addition technique indicated that nitrate electrode was not stable, despite of the good accuracy with a recovery of 97. 2% for NO3^- in distilled water. In contrast, although the recover)' of NO3^- in distilled water by nitrate reflectrometer was only 68%, the recovery was quite stable. Comparison of three methods of SPAD meter, nitrate electrode and nitrate reflectrometer indicated that nitrate reflectrometer was a more suitable method in N nutrient status diagnosis in green tea plant.
